I began counting calories again Tuesday and was pretty much right on target, maybe over by 50 calories. I had no deserts or junk, just real food. A good day.
Mom, bummer about going up a pound, but if you keep doing as well as it sounds like your doing, I am sure it will go back down again - it has to. Just keep thinking of this as a long term, yeah even a lifetime, thing. Even a pound a week, which is not that hard, would be 52 lbs over a year's time! (or 56, or 62, I can never remember how many weeks in a year!)
