I did great until dinner when we went to the Rensink's for BBQ.
I had:
Grape nuts
Raisins
Orange
Veggies, A string cheese
Protein Shake
-strawberries
-banana
-Plain Yogurt Non Fat
-Ice Cubes
-Protein powder
Trail Corn (a recipe I got from a cook book)
-100 Calorie popcorn
-craisins
-dark chocolate chips
-frosted shredded mini wheat cereal (dry)
Cheeseburger
-cheese
-ketsup
Carrots
Grape tomatoes
Strawberries
Dips for both
The cheeseburger put me way over my calories. Lame. I came it at around 1900. :(
I'll do better today
