Okay, I put my numbers in and it looks like I can have 1825 calories a day; sounds great, but I haven't really started counting yet because I don't have a list of foods and their calorie content. I'll work on finding a good one after I'm out of school. I can use the food packaging info. but that doesn't cover fresh food items like fruit etc. and I'd rather have everything at hand in one place.
Even without counting; I know I've done better for the most part because I'm so aware of what I write down and we all know how we feel when we eat better things vs. crap. Exercise wise, I swam Monday, ellipticized Tuesday, did nothing Wed. ; today's still not over. My goal is 5 times/wk.
Wednesday and today were miserable failures. Staff potluck Wed. and lots of parents have been bringing us office folk gifts and treats - lots of chocolate, donuts, cookies spread out in front of us. I'm lousy with temptation that close. If I fall off the diet wagon and eat something bad, I tend to write off the whole day and think' I'll start again tomorrow.' My life is full of start-again-tomorrows.
