Tuesday's Report

Hello all! And welcome Emily and soon Paul.
Here is my calories for yesterday

Grape nuts
raisins

string cheese

veggies
protein shake

my Trail Corn (150 calories)

Baked Ziti (somewhere around 450 cals)
--I added lean ground meat to it and I ate Owen's small portion. If you follow the exact recipe and eat one portion it's 352 calories.

Some yogurt covered peanuts

Total Calories=1400 calories.

I made up for Monday by going way under. Sweet!
