Dave still has the cell phone but he did call with the messages. Here is what I remember:
Anna--met all 23 of her points and earned 4 by doing the elliptical and strength training. Way to go!
**With Weight Watchers when you are adding up the points how do you determine the physical work score exactly?
Ben--Even while traveling came in 60 calories under! He said he had a pretty good week overall.
Amy--I think I came in about even for my calorie intake yesterday. I did not go to bed hungry. So good for me! :)
I also mowed the lawn....does that count for exercise?
I haven't heard from Mom or Emily that I know of anyway. I think Mom is posting herself. Which is good, it's good blogging practice. ;)
Don't forget it's our first weigh in day. I fixed my scale, so now I know for sure how much I weigh. I'm pretty sure I did not lose any weight this week. But I do feel good and lighter instead of full and regretful.

I think i messed up on my report. I was 5 points over but still didnt use all of my weekly points.
