Think Twice About Haystacks

I did the math on haystacks and it is not pretty.

1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup is 150 cal, 8 grams of fat
1 cup of uncooked rice is 600 calories, 0 fat
A chicken breast is 200 calories, 6 grams of fat
Cheese is 110 calories, 9 grams of fat for only 1/3 C.
Pineapple is ok at 70 calories and no fat for a 1/2 C.
Chow mein noodles are 130 calories and 5 grams of fat for 1/2 C.
Coconut is 70 calories and 5 grams of fat for only 2 Tablespoons.

Add it all up and you are looking at about a 600 calorie minimum (that's a medium sized haystack) and 10 grams of fat. In terms of weight watchers...I am allowed 23 points a day and the one I ate tonight was 12 points (without coconut and I didn't use much rice) so that was more than half of my whole day's allowance. NO WAY I could have TWO haystacks!

Some things seem harmless but can be deceiving. And to be honest, they didn't even taste that good.
