Sorry for my lack of follow up since the first post, but from talking to y'all on the phone, it sounds like it's officially underway. I'm not starting till today, but others have started already.
I think it would be good for us to report in regularly with how we're doing on our daily efforts. So, I'll start tomorrow by sharing my list of food and exercise (if I do any). If anyone else wants to chime in, so much the better. Not required, just helpful.
