I had my "Cheat" day yesterday so I didn't really count calories. But I know I went way over. I think I will be more strict this week and do better and see if it makes a difference in any way. I haven't been able to move away from the weight I am at right now for more than a year. I only want to lose ten pounds and they are the very hardest to lose.
Anna and Mom, way to go on losing weight! That's awesome and very encouraging! I hope that keeps you motivated to keep going. I wish I was there with you. We'll see next Sunday. Also, my weight fluctuates SOOO much on any given day it's hard to tell if I've lost anything sometimes. For example, my weight on Thursday was 135 (five away from my goal) and then the next it was 137. (I'm usually at around 140) I know I didn't gain two pounds in one day because I was really watching the caloreis those days and stuff. I guess I'll just have to go with an average or something. I don't know. (sorry I guess I just told everyone how much I weigh. Oh well.)
