Anna Father's Day

Well last week went well. I ate a lot more fruits/veggies than normal and aside from Luke's birthday cake did pretty well. I dropped 4 pounds but when you're doing WW that is typical for a first week so I don't expect that consistently. After that you can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week but that is a healthy rate of loss.

For my Sunday points I went over by 6 which is actually amazing that I didn't go over by more as we had Father's Day dinner at The Outback. What I usually get there is a 33 point meal! (I only get 22 PER DAY). I ate Norwegian Salmon and veggies. It was really good...I LOVE fish...and it wasn't over-the-top-filling which feels refreshing actually. I only ordered water. When I'm watching my points I generally don't drink anything but water cuz I don't want to waste precious points on drinks...I'd rather spend my points on stuff I can sink my teeth into. I do have Pepsi One or Diet coke from time to time (zero points).
