Lost 4 lbs. Feels like it should have been more. I'm going to have steak at FHE BBQ tonight- along with salad. I've only had veggies and a small bowl of fresh fruit so far; hope it won't put me over the top.
I've never thought Adam Sandler was even a little bit funny, especially when he does his 'funny voice' ; not so funny.
I talked to Paul yesterday; he's supportive of the blog but not likely to be a very regular participant. Says he'll get on soon. Every Friday night he and his friend/co-worker Dana each make a quiche and they share/swap on Friday for lunch. Paul says he's become a pretty good quiche cook and maybe will offer it as a Christmas brunch alternative to breakfast brick.
