Here is what I have:
Anna went over by 4 WW points but earned 4 through exercise. So another successful day for her.
Amy didn't count the exact calories but ate pretty much the same thing as the day before but a different dinner. Still low on calories and from the same cookbook I use all the time. (Eating for Life) So I'm pretty sure I came in under again. I also did about 30 minutes of The Biggest Loser Sculpting DVD. It's a strength training one. Worked up a good sweat.

Also, Ben--I would be inerested in doing that fast. Dave goes to Scout Camp the middle of July and that would be a good time to do that. Although that is when Anna will be here. Hmmmm....I'll look at your links and check it out. Good luck with it!
