Thanks for the feedback. I think I will actually not subtract the calories I earn from exercise. Mainly because it will be too difficult to calculate how many I have lost during exercise. I looked up two calorie burning calculators and they both gave me different results that were way off. The bike I used on Monday said I burned 270, but it didn't ask for my weight. So, who knows.
Anyways, yesterday was ok for me. Not as good as I originally thought. I forgot about my snack before bed. So I was under but, only by 24 calories.
So, I wasn't too excited that Ben was doing the juice diet, but he was persistent. At least he is having juice. There is a similar diet, but it is just lemon water and pepper for 12 days. They say it is more of a cleanse, but people also use it to loose weight.
It is 9 pm and I can't be sure I won't have anymore snacks so I guess I won't post Wednesday's calories till tomorrow.
Snack idea: Fiber One bars. They are pretty good. They are 140 calories, 4 fat grams, and 9 dietary fiber grams. Isn't that pretty good for WW? I like the Oats and Chocolate.
