My Saturday was really well. I didn't count again because I know my meals were exactly the same until dinner when I had a half a subway sandwich on flat bread. The chart said it was 350 Cals. But I'm sure it's more than that when you add stuff. I don't add a lot. Just cheese, tomatoes and lettuce and teeny weeny bit of ranch. So I think I'm good to go.
I weighed myself today and since everyone knows my weight now I was 136 point something then I weighed again a couple minutes later and it was 137. So I don't know. I think I might have lost a pound. I have been at this weight before though in the last few months. I think I have to do this for a long time before I see results. But I won't give up yet. I already can't wait to weigh in next week.
