First of all, there is nothing wrong with being "verbose". I like to read everyone's entry's so the longer the better for me.
I was doing REALLY good yesterday with my eating. I was having a harder time staying full though. I was eating good healthy snacks to combat it, too. But then Dave and I went out to dinner with our Outback giftcard and instead of ordering their lower calorie meals like I ALMOST did. The waiter even had it written down on his paper. But when he said my two sides had to be both vegetables, one being green beans, I changed my mind and splurged on my usual steak with veggies and mashed potatoes. I came home and looked up the calories. The website didn't have my exact meal. I got a six ounce and they only had a 9 oz. on there. But I think my whole meal was about 1300 calories! YIKES! And by 10 I was hungry again! What's that about!? So I made that my cheat day. So that just means I have to be really, really good for a whole week now. I CAN DO IT!!
I also did that same step aerobics workout. And it probably really isn't burning 600 calories. I did exercise for 60 minutes but if you think about the warm up and the cool down and the ab work out part then it may not work out to 600 calories. But somewhere in that area anyway. So who knows? So IF I did burn 600 really then I might have broke even for calories. I had 716 cals left to use by dinner time.
Mom--Once you've been exercising for a while sweating hard for a long time isn't so hard. I mean it's hard while you're doing it I guess and sweat is dripping all over the place. But after a while you're breathing evens out and then the sweat is just sweat. Bring a towel and wipe off as you go. Or use your shirt. That's what I do. And then when you're done, you feel really good.
Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow!
