I don't have a scale yet so I am guessing my weight, but for now my goal is 1760 calories per day. I was very strict and was under by 90 calories. It was a lot of work and so I hope I can keep this up.
I will say it is VERY helpful and fun doing this with Ben. I also enjoy reading everyone's posts.
Now, I need to find some good snacks. Some where I can actually enjoy instead of just eating like 10 chips. What are some good ones?
