Wednesday's Results for Anna and Amy

Hello there!
Anna's Results for Wednesday--she said she had a close one to almost going over her points. She had five points left by dinner time so she made a healthy dinner called Spaghetti Squash. I asked her for the recipe and she said it's not very good it's just very low on calories, it's mostly just veggies. (Zero WW points) That shows me that she is very dedicated to reaching her goals! Good job!

Amy--I had a heavier dinner last night but still managed to come in at 1535 calories. That's just under my 1550 MAX for the day. I can have between 1200-1550 a day. It's all thanks to having breakfast burrito's for dinner. They came in at around 600 calories. Oops.
I aslo went running for about 45 minutes. I put in that I ran an 11 minute mile pace and it said I burned 405 calories.
One more thing. Something I found interesting. All week I've been having 1/2 a cup of grape nuts, 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/4 cup raisins for breakfast. It's' 370 calories. Today I had 1/2 cup Quaker Natural Granola (with raisins in it already) 1/2 cup of skim milk and a fruit salad that had 1/2 bananan, 1/2 nectarine, about 10 grapes, 3 strawberries. This whole breakfast was 356 calories! Less than my one little bowl of grape nuts w/ raisins! I was able to eat a lot more with fewer calories! Who knew!

  1. BTW, Spaghetti Squash is a gourd type vegetable found in the produce section. you cut it in half and bake it after removing the seeds (like a pumpkin). After baking it you pull it out with a fork and it just LOOKS like spaghetti. It's no where near as good. So it does taste like squash but it LOOKS like spaghetti. I usually put in some cooked brocolli, tomatoes, any veggies really, fat free zesty italian dressing and some parmesean cheese to hide the fact that I am eating pure SQUASH...ooooh Amy must be barfing now. All I think of when I hear the word squash is Amy looking squeamish at Marie's dinner table!
