Another successful day for me. I came in under at 1344 Calories if I'm doing my stuff right.
I had my usual breakfast and lunch and snacks. No need to repeat typing it. And my protein pancakes were pretty good!
EXERCISE: I ran 55 minutes. Probably about five miles
If any one wants to change the background feel free. I was just playing around with it. I won't be offended if you don't like it and change it.
