Sorry for my late reply. Like Ben said we came up to my sister's this weekend.
Friday I was under by 60 calories which I was very proud of because we drove up that day. You know how it goes with road trips and snacks. We missed our usual pit stop with all the good stations and fast food joints so that helped. We stopped at the next exit and I got a turkey sandwich at a gas station (Sounds gross, but actually was very fresh).
Saturday I was doing pretty good until Claim Jumper. I got the rotisserie chicken, veggies, and their fried, cheesy potato cakes. These bad boys cost me 700 calories alone and then the chicken ended up being 600 calories. I also had a cornbread muffin that I couldn't find the calories on, but their blueberry muffin is 330. So, I ended up making this a free day. I estimate that my dinner alone was 1800!! We finished our meals off by sharing a chocolate chip calzone! So good!
Yesterday was really good. I was under by 188 calories.
Today is off to a good start. I hit the gym and did a cycle class for 45 mins gaining myself 270 calories.
A good snack I tried is the Turkey Jerky at Trader Joes. It is pretty good and low on calories.
I also like chicken salad. I just do the chicken from the can and light mayo. I like it on bread and crackers.
