Juice'd it up. No big whop. It's an easy diet cuz you can consume as much as you want (just juices).

I did a relatively low impact stationary bike at the gym this morning. Burned 200 calories in 20 minutes. So, if you extrapolate (look it up) that into 60 minutes, one could see how Amy might burn 600 cal. Just saying....
