I have not been doing well with my eating plan. Protein is high in calories. I don't really wanna get into it but I've been over by 5 and 7 points in the last two days and it's not all just cuz I've been eating more protein (scrambled eggs, fish, chicken, pork chops, etc.) I think cuz I was so focused for two straight weeks to be perfect in my eating I got tired of it and have had too many snacks the last few days. Maybe I can buckle down for the rest of the week.
