here's a site with tons of lists of calories for different foods. Print what you need and keep in your kitchen if you find that helpful. I've also asked for the nutritional guides at a few fast food places. And if you're going out to eat just google their nutritional info before you go and then you can decide what you're going to order before you even leave the house! (btw, I heard Chipotle is the highest in calories/fat of all the fast food restaurants!)
And look at all of those treats as poison and let someone else eat 'em!
