Ben, 6 lbs is great, don't knock it even if it is through juice. When you start eating again, substitute real fruits and veg. for the juice when you get themunchies. I think that's partly what's helping me. I keep ready-cut-up veggies and ready-to-eat fruits in the frig. all the time. I think I have an advantage over the rest of you in living alone because I don't have to keep tempting foods in the house for the kids and I don't have to cook for anyone else- I try to have grandkid snacks available, but things that don't necessarily appeal to me.
Anna, with all the working out you're doing, I'm sure your body is pretty terrific shape, regardless of point overages. Do you find that eating right is harder in the summer when you're at home so much more? I sure do.
I went to the temple yesterday and we stopped for lunch on the way home at Red Robin. I had a chicken wrap and side salad instead of burger and fries. It was really good. - although I need to look up the wrap- I think it was probably more calories/points than I think.
