And mom---Just one more bit of advice. At least read the blog a couple times a week so that when you do sit down to do it on the weekend you're not trying to catch up on all the posts from us all week. You don't like being in front of the computer for long periods of time, but not reading all week will put you in front if it longer when you do sit down to do it. Just sayin...... and P.S. Not all the blogs from this week are on this page. You need to go back to older posts to read them all.
Ok, for me I did ok until about 10 when I was starving! I have a 90 calorie dairy free soy chocolate thing from Trader Joes. That put me over about 40 calories. Over 1550 that is. Anna, I don't know how you will pull off 1300 cals. If you can, tell me what you are eating and I'll "echo" it! (notice the use of the word ECHO, like my blog name) Also, I took the boys and their cousin to see Toy Story 3 yesterday and Jessica gave me a pack of M&M's to eat. I was tempted and I did eat. They were 240 calories total. If I hadn't given in I would have been fine. Lesson learned I guess. I'm sure I'll give in again, though.
I did a 20 minute workout from Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. And boy did I sweat! I think I sweat more with that than I did with P90X!
Today my problem is I didn't get up and go running by 6 a.m. so now can't go because the boys are home. I guess it's aerobics again.
