Well I am nervous about weighing in tomorrow because I did a sneak peek a couple of times this week and it indicates a gain. I'll save that story for tomorrow.
Increasing my protein is definitely hard to do AND stay in my points budget. I did my grocery shopping today and got ground turkey instead of beef and I bought The Other White Meat as I read that it is lower in calories than chicken and higher in protein so I'm giving the old Pork a chance...PORKCHOPS AND APPLESAUCE!
I went over my points today with Little Caesar's but for this whole week I didn't use all of my 35 weekly points AND I earned 17 from working out so according to the numbers I SHOULD be dropping...
Ben, thanks for the tip on Grown Ups...I won't waste my money and had no intention of showing it to any of your nephews. But you went all by your lonesome? That sounds so sad.
