Alright Alright...here I am. :) I used all of my points today, no more, no less.
Today I had a session with my personal trainer, yep that's right...my personal trainer cuz that's how I roll, at the gym today. He (his name is Mitch) said I should only be eating 1300 calories a day! ugh...not sure how that translates in WW language really. And he kind of poo-poo'd WW too. I see his point: I COULD eat 22 weight watchers cookies every day (1 pt each) and a few Pepsi Ones and still come in on target with points...but we're all smarter than THAT! I'm currently working on increasing my protein intake...I of course will keep you posted on that.
Other than that, Mitch worked me really hard, to a point of sweaty embarrassment. Side note, he ripped on me today for coming to the gym with eye make up and earrings on...I'm such a prissy client I guess. Anyhoo I suspect my weight will undulate (look it up) with the training as I should be building muscle which as we all know weighs more than fat but of course, as we all ALSO know, muscle burns the fat (even when you're sleeping! awesome) so lowering my body fat % truly is the goal. I just don't know if I'll make my goal weight cuz I'll be so ripped and carved, you know? It's tough. On the bright side I should be able to throw a monster truck tire across a room by the end of the summer.
1300 Calories! YIKES!! I've been trying to do 1500 all week and it's hard. But now I'm wondering if that's too much for me. I really don't think I can decrease it anymore, though. How much are you working out? Every day? (five days)
